Rachel Brenchley is the principal designer of BasicGrey, where her style is driven by family, friends, and full-on fun. She launched BasicGrey over fourteen years ago as a surface design company and is known for pushing creative boundaries rather than simply following trends.

Inspired by her colorful, hectic life, her husband, and four children, Rachel mixes bold prints with unique color palettes to create designs that feel fresh, eclectic, and full of personality. Her favorite part of the process is seeing her fabrics come to life through the amazing projects makers create.
