Janet Nesbitt is the owner of ONE S1STER LLC, a web-based quilt design company and wholesale distributor. For 18 years, she owned and operated Buggy Barn Quilts in Reardan, Washington, where she also designed Buggy Barn’s popular quilt patterns and fabric collections for Henry Glass & Co. (Buggy Barn books and patterns are still available while supplies last).
A dedicated scrap quilter, Janet is known for her playful use of color and her love of mixing prints and plaids. She’s especially celebrated for her signature “crazy” piecing technique, a fun, easy, and forgiving method that helps quilters of all levels create whimsical quilts with confidence. Through ONE S1STER, Janet continues to design patterns that spark creativity and bring a smile to every maker.
