Kaffe Fassett is usually not that fabric.

His FreeSpirit designs are known for big color, striking florals, geometrics and prints that can change the entire personality of a quilt. They are especially fun when you want one fabric to become the starting point and build the rest of your choices around it.

Use them boldly, cut them into smaller pieces and let the colors scatter across a quilt, or pull one favorite print and start building a palette from what you find inside it.
