Nancy Mink spent about 15 years as a civil engineer before following her true passion for watercolor painting. For the past 20 years, she has worked as an illustrator, creating artwork for book illustrations, greeting cards, calendars, dishware, and home and garden products, along with fabric.
In addition to making her own quilts, Nancy is a fabric and quilt pattern designer for Wilmington Prints. She is also the author and illustrator of Every Quilt Has a Story: Timeless Tales of Friendship and Faith (2013), a book that celebrates quilting and the stories it holds. Her fabric collections often highlight the beauty of the seasons with watercolor florals, fruits, herbs, and foliage.
