Collection Details

The Fabric Collection Dawn Heese of Linen Closet Designs channeled the French school girl samplers and the beautiful blue antique floral she picked up in the vintage haberdasheries in France. These are specialty retailers that sell buttons, trims and notions well-worn lace, cross stitch samplers from long ago, for sewing and dressmaking. Dawn pays homage to these shops with a cross-stitch print, birds, florals and detailed geometrics in rich navy olive, and red mixed with neutrals for an antiqued effect.
