Sarah Thomas is the artist and designer behind SARIDITTY, and her creative path began in an unexpected place: aviation. With a B.S. in Aviation Technology from Purdue University, she started her career as a commercial pilot before military life shifted her journey and led her to quilting, painting, and design. Blending her love of structure with her creative roots, Sarah sees color and pattern as beautifully mathematical and brings that unique perspective into everything she creates.

Now a West Virginia “Mountain Momma,” Sarah draws inspiration from everyday life, from cooking and gardening to animals, the outdoors, and time with family. The name SARIDITTY combines two lifelong nicknames, Sari and Ditty, and reflects her joyful mission to share personal stories through fabric, pattern, and design.
