Join Vida Anderson, Quiltworx Certified Instructor, and Learn to Quiltworx while making this beginner friendly foundation paper piecing pattern. The Lotus Flower pattern was designed by Judy and Bradley Niemeyer and is an introductory pattern that can be completed quickly and used to learn basic paper piecing techniques that can be applied to many of the Quiltworx patterns.

What You’ll Learn:
How to read Quiltworx patterns, prepare your foundation papers including templates, cutting your fabrics and the Judy Niemeyer way of foundation paper piecing.
This pattern will help participants learn how to do curved piecing, flat centers for eight-point stars, floating points, smart corners and using templates to prepare your fabrics.
Patterns and Kits: A pattern will be reserved for all participants in the class. Kits will be available. Pricing for kits and pattern will be available once the collection and patterns arrive in shop and participants will be notified.

All supplies are available in the shop if needed and don’t forget you receive 20% on additional class supplies.
Participants should bring a sack lunch. Coffee, tea and water as well as snacks are provided during our classes. We will take a break for lunch and there are nearby options for lunch.

We would love to hold a seat for you! This can be done in person or over the phone. Held reservations will be invoiced via email 37 days prior to the class date. Unpaid reservations will be released at 30 days. Our classes fill quickly so don’t delay in getting your paid confirmed registrations in as quickly as possible to ensure your seat.
Cancellations outside of 30 days from the class date will be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 30 days will be issued a store credit.
Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows do not qualify for store credit or refunds.
If WE have to cancel a class for any reason participants will be issued a full refund for the class fees.
Sales on patterns and kits associated with a class are final.
