Sandy Gervais is known for designs that are diverse, yet instantly recognizable, each one carrying her signature touch and unmistakable color sense. She loves creating work that feels personal, the kind of design where someone can look at it and say, “This came from Sandy.”

Sandy’s original dream was to be a greeting card designer, a goal she was discouraged from pursuing as a teen. Years later, she proved the doubters wrong by launching her greeting card company, My Dream Designs, in 1988. Her lifelong love of sewing, taught by her mother at age eight, led her to start her quilt pattern company Pieces From My Heart in 1992, and in 1994 she began her fabric design career. Designing fabric became her true calling, blending art, sewing, and her favorite part of the process: building unforgettable color palettes you can see, touch, and feel.
