Come learn about color and using ombré fabrics while making a beautiful table runner!  The Modern Ombré Reversible Table Runner is a simple study in ombré. This beginner project may only use three or four fabrics per side, but the effect created using the Sky Ombré Collection from Jennifer Sampou is extraordinary! This very manageable table runner yields fantastic results and your friends and family will be asking you to make one for them.

Vida Anderson serves as the education coordinator here at The Quilt Shop at Linda Marie’s. She is a Quiltworx certified instructor, professional longarm quilter, and experienced educator. She brings a steady approach that helps break down detailed projects into clear steps.

What You’ll Learn:

Supply List:

Ombré Table Runner Kit

Batting - 72” x 16 ½” 

Please bring the following to class:

  • Sewing machine in good working order

  • Rotary cutter

  • 6”x12” and/or 6”x24” or similar

  • Personal cutting mat

  • Quarter Inch Foot or Quarter Inch Tape for your machine

  • Fabric marking pen or pencil

  • Thread (we will discuss thread for matching to our ombrés)

  • Snips

  • Seam ripper

All supplies are available in the shop if needed and don’t forget you receive 20% on additional class supplies.

Participants should bring a sack lunch. Coffee, tea and water as well as snacks are provided during our classes. We will take a break for lunch and there are nearby options for lunch.

We would love to hold a seat for you! This can be done in person or over the phone. Held reservations will be invoiced via email 37 days prior to the class date. Unpaid reservations will be released at 30 days. Our classes fill quickly so don’t delay in getting your paid confirmed registrations in as quickly as possible to ensure your seat.

Cancellations outside of 30 days from the class date will be fully refunded.

Cancellations within 30 days will be issued a store credit.

Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows do not qualify for store credit or refunds.

If WE have to cancel a class for any reason participants will be issued a full refund for the class fees.

Sales on patterns and kits associated with a class are final.
