Quilt Kit - Safari on the Savannah

Deena Rutter has always needed a creative outlet, whether through painting, graphic design, decorating her home, or making music on the piano and guitar. She has been designing for the craft industry since 1999, drawing inspiration from nature, architecture, and especially music, which often fuels her creative process.

Coming from a long line of quilters, Deena is proud to add her own voice to the fabric world through original designs that inspire creativity in others. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her husband, a biochemistry professor, and their four children, and she believes creativity shows up in countless meaningful ways, from fabric and quilting to everyday life.
