With 15 blocks and 8 different layout options, Starry Night gives you the freedom to create something that truly fits your style. You can follow a full quilt layout or use the blocks individually for smaller projects like pillows or mini quilts.
In this class, Vida will guide you through using the Sew Kind of Wonderful Quick Curve Ruler to create smooth, accurate curves while building this meaningful design.

A pattern and ruler are reserved for each paid registrant. You will receive an email notifying you when they arrive in the shop for payment and pick up.

Starry Night offers 8 different layouts allowing you to make just the right size quilt for you! Below you will find the fabric requirements for the full version of the quilt (finished size 75" x 78"). The pattern lists all the other versions. We have copies of the different version in shop for you to use until the full patterns arrive.
Materials for Full Quilt (Layout #8 – Starry Night)
- 1/2 yard for faces
- 3 fat eighths for hair and beard
- 23 fat eighths assorted for clothes, blanket, crook, and wings
- 1 fat eighth for star
- 1 fat eighth for manger
- 1 fat eighth for stable
- 1 fat quarter for donkey body
- 2 fat eighths for donkey accents
- 3 fat quarters assorted green for fronds
- 1 fat quarter for tree trunks
- 1 fat quarter for sheep body
- 1 fat eighth for sheep face and accents
- 5 fat eighths assorted for buildings
- 4 pieces 10 inch by 10 inch for building accents
- 1 fat eighth for building #3 accent
- 1/2 yard for camel fabric
- 2 fat eighths for camel accents
- 3 fat quarters for camel blanket
- 4 1/2 yards background if cutting all at once
- Or 5 1/2 yards background if cutting block by block
