Stonehenge Stitchin’ Tiles by Deborah Edwards leans right into the heart of quilting.

The prints carry all the familiar tools. Machines, scissors, spools, and small sewing details that feel like they belong in the workroom. They are set against that signature Stonehenge texture, which gives everything a worn, slightly mottled look instead of a flat print.

The colors run deeper. Brick red, ochre, cream, teal, and darker tones that give it a grounded, almost vintage feel. It holds up well in a full quilt without washing out.

There is a strong panel and border stripe if you want a quicker layout, along with textured blenders that fill in the rest without breaking the theme.

Deborah Edwards

Deborah grew up surrounded by textiles thanks to parents in fashion design, and as a teen she was already hunting flea markets and thrift stores for vintage fabric and lace. That early passion became a lifelong career, beginning with a textile design degree from the Ontario College of Art and Design.

After more than two decades as VP of Design for an international company, Deborah has created fabric, bedding, wallcovering, and rug collections, including work for brands tied to Martha Stewart and Jaclyn Smith. She has also been an active member and chair holder of the Color Marketing Group for many years. Now as Design Director at Northcott, Deborah creates her own collections while also collaborating with and supporting designers across many creative disciplines.
